Yes that is the way that I feel as my products are my daily nutritional supplements from the fully balanced antioxidents and minerals to the fish oil capsulesand the extra vitamin D3 that keep me fully energised and healthy. At a recent doctor visit I was given a clean bill of health, at 82 that is pretty good although I would like to gain at least 5 pounds and put that in the form of more bone as well as muscles! As I seem to have shrunk from my original hight of 5′ 51/2 to now at 5’3″
